On The Rocks

The On the Rocks lamps embody Peter Marino’s signature interplay of rigor and sensuality. A solid cube of Zimbabwe black marble forms the base, anchoring the piece with monolithic presence. Above it, crystal modules—inspired by the raw, faceted purity of ice cubes and crafted using the pulegoso technique—rise in luminous contrast.

Tiny air bubbles are intentionally trapped within the glass, creating a textured, atmospheric glow that feels both organic and refined. The dialogue between marble and glass reflects Marino’s architectural sensibility: strength meeting vibrancy, weight encountering levity.

Each lamp is a sculptural object, a contemporary totem where material tension becomes poetry. In this collection, the ancient spirit of Murano craftsmanship merges with a bold, modern attitude, illuminating spaces with an unmistakable sense of character.
