BEHIND THE PROCESS

On the island of Murano, Venice, every Venini piece begins with sand. Over 100 colour recipes made from natural materials have been developed and refined in the Fornace over generations — each shade as distinctive as the hand that shapes it. No machines. Just a maestro, a pipe, and over a century of inherited technique transforming molten glass into something entirely irreplaceable.

Most Popular

Fantasmino Portable Lamp

Regular price $990.00 AUD
Sale price $990.00 AUD Regular price $990.00 AUD

Rechargeable portable lamp, hand-blown using the Opalino technique. USB-C charging, three brightness settings, up to seven colourways.

Fantasmino — Italian for "little ghost" — reworks the folded silhouette of the 1948 Fazzoletto into a light source. Lit, it casts a soft, opaline glow rather than a direct beam. Move it from a bedside table to a dinner table without changing a bulb or a cable.

Deco Vase

Designed in 1930 by Napoleone Martinuzzi — one of the most influential figures in Murano glassmaking — the Decò is a timeless icon of 20th-century design. Its stacked, architectural silhouette reflects the stylistic purity of the Art Deco movement, reinterpreted through the refined lens of Venetian craftsmanship.

Hand-blown in Murano by Venini's master glassmakers, each Decò is a true collector's piece — a vase that bridges nearly a century of design history with the life of any room it enters. Available in three sizes and three colours, each handblown from natural materials in the Venini Fornace.

Fazzoletto Vase

Regular price From $710.00 AUD
Sale price From $710.00 AUD Regular price

Hand-blown vase in the mano volante technique — shaped entirely by spinning molten glass on the rod, no mould involved. Available in over a dozen colours.

Conceived by Fulvio Bianconi in 1948, the Fazzoletto takes its name from the Italian for handkerchief. Centrifugal force does what gravity does to fabric, coaxing the glass into a folded drape that's shaped by breath and motion, not a form. No two are ever identical.

Monofiori Balloton

Regular price From $590.00 AUD
Sale price From $590.00 AUD Regular price

It looks soft, but it's glass.

The optical illusion is couched in its name — Balloton, the ancient Murano technique that recreates the look of matelassé fabric on the surface of the glass. A fine lip in a contrasting colour, hot-worked around the mouth by hand.

Monofiori — Italian for single flowerdesigned for the simple pleasure of a small bouquet. Each Monofiori Balloton is mouth-blown and hand-finished on the island of Murano. No two are identical — the subtle variations in colour and surface are the mark of the human hand behind every piece.

Available in four sizes and a range of hand-crafted colours.

A modern bedroom interior featuring a bed with beige bedding, a brown headboard, a striped accent pillow, a dark wood nightstand with a red decorative object, and a framed wall art print depicting a black sports car against a pink and red background.
