In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to change your mind and return your purchase within 14 days from the date you (or a third party you appoint) receive your product. For orders containing multiple items delivered separately, this period starts from the receipt of the last product.

To exercise your right to return a product, please contact our Customer Service team by calling +61 (0)449 119 160 (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM AEST) or by emailing contact@venini.com.au.

Please provide your order number, preferred pick-up date, and delivery address. If possible, kindly include a brief explanation for the return.

Once your return is processed and the product is received in its original condition, we will issue a full refund via the same payment method used for your purchase. Please note that the refund may be delayed until the items are returned and our team has verified that the products are in the same condition as when they were received.

Return Conditions:

For any issues with faulty products or goods that do not meet the Australian Consumer Law standards, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you in arranging a resolution.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products, including those that are customised or made to order. Specifically, products that are personalised or specially packaged based on your requests are excluded from the right of return. This includes items that are clearly indicated as customisable within their product description, as well as any customisation you have requested during the order process.

Please note that such items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are deemed faulty or not as described.

Returns for Defects or Non-Conformity

If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please indicate this as a reason for the return during the online return request, to be carried out in the same manner and with the same terms as described in the previous paragraphs. please provide us with one or more images related to the defect found and will receive a confirmation email with instructions to proceed with the shipment.
